In the Anglican Communion the title “Rector” is
given to the Senior Pastor of the Parish. The Rector is under
submission to the Bishop of the Diocese for the spiritual health
of the Parish. The Rector is also the Chairperson for the
Vestry and is responsible to call and lead all meetings of the
Vestry.

Ayleen Alexander,
Senior Warden
The Senior Warden is also referred to as the
Rector’s Warden. The Senior Warden is the “eyes and ears” of
the Rector within the Parish and works with the Rector and
Assistant Rector to identify potential trouble spots before they
become possible problems. |

Stanley Klueh, Junior
Warden
The Junior Warden is the person responsible to
see that the buildings and grounds are maintained properly.
This includes advising the Vestry when funds are needed to make
repairs of any kind. |

Ila Klueh, Treasurer
The Treasurer with the
Assistant Treasurer is responsible to receive all monies for the
church and make deposits to the appropriate accounts. The
Treasurer also issues receipts to individuals for donations made
to the Parish. The Treasurer is also responsible for timely
payment of all Parish bills |

Assistant Treasurer
The Assistant Treasurer assists the Treasurer and
maintains the books of the Parish, ensuring that appropriate
balances are maintained and the all transactions are duly and
accurately recorded. |

Ruth Chapter of Daughters of Holy Cross
The Daughters of the Holy Cross is a Holy Order
in the Anglican Church of North America whose members have vowed
to follow a rule of life that consists of maintaining a life of
prayer, service, study, and evangelism. Church members are
encouraged to inquire about becoming a Daughter of the Holy
Cross. |

Adornment Coordinator
The Adornment Coordinator, together with the
Rector, ensures that all gifts and decorations for the church
are appropriate for the liturgical appearance of the worship and
fellowship space. The Adornment Coordinator maintains a list of
needs of the church for any who would like to provide gifts. |

George Jackson, Men’s
Fellowship Coordinator
Men’s Fellowship is a loosely organized group of
men who meet for breakfast on a regular basis for Christian
Fellowship. It consists of members as well as men from other
churches or who may not be attending a church. |

Miriam Otera,
Hospitality Coordinator
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for
organizing the monthly Fellowship Luncheons as well as
receptions and other functions hosted by the church. Members of
the committee include ALL members of the church. |

Honey Hindery, Food
Bank Coordinator
The Food Bank Coordinator keeps in touch with the
High Springs food bank and advises us each week of the typers of
food stuffs that are needed . This responsibility includes
gathering the donations and bringing them to High Springs Social
Services every week. |

Altar Guild Coordinator
The Altar Guild is responsible for maintaining
all of the elements of worship in pristine condition. This
includes the linens, the candles and candle holders, alms basin,
the books in the pews, etc. All supplies needed for the worship
service are ordered by the Altar Guild in sufficient quantities
to prevent outages. |

Days Coordinator
The Pioneer Days Coordinator is responsible for
coordinating the fellowship activities with the High Springs
Chamber of Commerce, which includes arranging for the payment
and selection of the booth spaces for the Bake Sale items and
the Real Meal Deal lunches. |

Days Facilitator
The Pioneer Days Facilitator ensures
that arrangements are in place to have the grills, tables,
chairs, ice chests and ice in place for both days of the Pioneer
Days. |

Days Bake Sale Coordinator
The Bake Sale Coordinator ensures that the specific items that
are needed are spread amongst the congregation to be baked in
the quantities needed and ready for delivery Saturday and Sunday
mornings. |
